Role: Campaign Manager – Influencer Marketing, Digital Sports Mgmt

Digital Sports Mgmt Ltd (DSM) is a Sports Marketing, Entertainment and Gaming agency based in London. We work with a diverse range of clients from Warner Bros to Avery Dennison, Facebook to The Premier League and Adidas to Braun.  We exclusively manage 40+ talent including Influencers, Pro Gamers and On-screen talent.  We work with major Sports stars, Celebrities and Rights holders, and we are at the cutting edge of the convergence of Sport, Culture, Technology, Gaming and Entertainment.

We are looking for a passionate, driven and social media savvy person to manage Influencer campaigns and gaming programs as we expand our exclusive roster of talent and client base.  You will be involved in the digital influencer campaign leading the day to day management of our roster’s deals, helping to shape the deliverables, activating the campaigns with brands, agencies and rights holders, liaising with our talent, through to post campaign analytics. You should be a natural networker, at ease building talent relationships and keen to live and breathe DSM everywhere you go!  The role is based in the UK and would be remote working.  

Leading the management of influencers’ campaigns day to day, helping them grow their channels through your knowledge of content and social, helping the wider business across brand campaigns and events we run in the UK and US, helping to run gaming programs in general, the candidate will have a great understanding of the Sports Gaming influencer and e-sports industries, with key skills including:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

·        Deep understanding of connecting with social audiences, evidenced by successful personal projects/commercial/marketing initiatives

·        An understanding of how influencers play a key role in building brand awareness, driving traffic and creating authenticity whilst adding commercial value for a brand.

·        Previous experience in an influencer, marketing, PR, communications or platform role, ideally within a start-up or agency or platform.

·        Digital marketing qualification desirable

·        Able to verbally communicate ideas with clarity, inspiration and passion to varied audiences

·        Excellent communication skills & Account Management

·        Strong creativity, alongside the ability to justify the rationale behind your ideas

·        Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and delivering results under pressure and working on the move

·        Excellent knowledge of social media including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and Google

·        Good understanding of media valuations and CPMs

·        Excellent knowledge of Football and FIFA, Sports gaming.

·        Experience running activations for brands and working with influencers and platforms

·        Good understanding of commercial deals and negotiation processes

·        Desire to travel (post COVID)

·        Excellent PowerPoint and MS office skills

·        Team Player

·        Self starter and comfortable working from home

Desired experience/knowledge: working with Streaming Platforms and big brands.  Knowledge of other games such as Fortnite and Call of Duty.  Knowledge of mobile gaming and experience working with Mobile Games publishers. Knowledge of Marketing and Activation in sports.  

ON ANY GIVEN DAY YOU MIGHT:

·        Manage our roster of talent running campaigns with brands working with Marshall89, ShaunaGames, ZwebackHD, Jake Barford, Jesse Fangs, Bateson87, AJ3, Reev, BuckArmy, Stopde, Chesnoid or NepentheZ.

·        Work with major brands and platforms to run social and digital campaigns

·        Research and identify Influencers to onboard to DSM

·        Help Run Gaming Tournaments

·        Put together campaigns and sell into clients or future clients

·        Create presentations and reports to clients on Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis

·        Attend Sports events and conferences

·        Liaise with our London based Directors

SUMMARY & KEY POINTS:
Title:
Campaign Manager – Influencer Marketing.

1.      Manage Influencer Campaigns

2.     Develop and execute campaigns and partnerships with content creators, and influencers for prospective and existing clients.

3.     Curate talent (Influencers) to complimentary brands based on client portfolio.

4.     Assist our Digital and Social Manager with building a core network of influencers.

5.     Reach out to influencers and representatives to secure social posts on behalf of our brand and agency clients.

6.     As the influencer’s main point of contact, maintain timelines for deliverables, coordinate product delivery from brands to influencer and direct compelling content.

7.     Collect all assets, packages, send to the production team or clients.

8.     Set up email automation.

9.     Leverage data and insights to make strategic decisions, updates and improvements to existing and future partnerships and campaigns.

10.  Track sale, engagement or metrics.  

11.  Experience in a client facing role.

12.  Expert knowledge of Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, YouTube, and other social media platforms

Management of existing client accounts

·     Strategic planning and implementation of partnerships to maximize rights across media, digital and social, events, experiential, branding, communications and ticketing/hospitality. 

·     Where necessary, negotiate additional assets to maximize value of existing sponsorship assets

·     Run activation programs for Streaming Platforms

·     Compile ROI/analytics/post evaluation documents to demonstrate learnings and improvements for clients

Support in the management of DSM clients

·     Assist DSM Directors with client projects as and when required

·     Assist in project management liaising with clients

·     Assist with activation / esports/ event deals in sports space as required from time to time.

·     Proficient in social media and talent management

The role is full time on a 12 month contract.
