ROLE:

DIGITAL SPORTS MGMT LTD (DSM) IS A SPORTS MARKETING, COMMERCIAL AND INFLUENCER AGENCY BASED IN LONDON.

DSM is looking for a passionate, driven and social media savvy person to Head up and manage our global Influencer roster.  You will be involved at every level of the digital influencer campaign process, from acquisition of Influencers and agents, activating campaigns with brands, through to post campaign analytics. You should be a natural networker, at ease building business relationships and keen to live and breathe DSM everywhere you go!

Leading the management of influencers across brand campaigns and events, e-sports events and gaming in general, the candidate will have a great understanding of the FIFA influencer and e-sports industry, with key skills including:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

·        Deep understanding of connecting with social audiences, evidenced by successful personal projects/commercial initiatives

·        Previous experience in a marketing, PR, communications or related role, ideally within a start-up or agency

·        Digital marketing qualification desirable

·        Able to verbally communicate ideas with clarity, inspiration and passion to varied audiences

·        Strong at selling and negotiating

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Strong creativity, alongside the ability to justify the rationale behind your ideas

·        Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and delivering results under pressure and working on the move

·        Excellent knowledge of social media including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Mixer and Google

·        Good understanding of media buying and selling

·        Excellent knowledge of Football and FIFA

·        Experience running activations for brands and working with influencers

·        Good understanding of commercial deals and negotiation processes

·        Desire to travel

·        Excellent PowerPoint and MS office skills

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Manage Influencer Talent

·        Day to day management of DSM stable of influencers talent 

·        Lead contact for all talent via communications platforms

·        Liaise with brands and event inquiries for all talent

·        Understand influencer’s brand and positioning inside out, being a powerful advocate for them internally and externally

·        Identify new business opportunities, create pitches, case studies, schedule meetings and actively manage prospects, attend meetings as and when required

·        Develop strategic responses to existing client briefs to optimise sponsorship including media planning, digital, social and influencer engagement

·        Develop sales tools such as agency case studies and show reels and refine existing materials

·        Understand their audiences and the messaging that engages them

·        Contribute to rights negotiations and contract formulation processes with brands and rights holders

·        Lead media value negotiations and strategy

·        Assist talent with content strategy and content ideas and best practices

·        Lead status meetings with Directors on a weekly basis

·        Draft and pitch stories to media outlets, and act as a spokesperson where required

2.    Management of existing client accounts

·     Strategic planning and implementation of partnerships to maximize rights across media, digital and social, events, experiential, branding, communications and ticketing/hospitality. 

·     Where necessary, negotiate additional assets to maximize value of existing sponsorship assets

·     Compile ROI/analytics/post evaluation documents to demonstrate leanings and improvements for clients

·     Financial management, budgeting and forecasting

3.    Support in the management of DSM clients

·     Assist directors with client projects as and when required

·     Assist in project management liaising with clients

·     Activate sponsorship and talent deals in sports space

·     Good knowledge of sports sponsorship commercial and activation required

·     Proficient in social media and pro athlete management

4.    Develop and deliver effective marketing communications programme to build DSM’s profile

·     Develop and contribute to the DSM communications plan via blog articles and social media

·     Build DSM’s online footprint through digital, social and PR channels

·     Write and distribute content for website, email marketing and offline marketing channels
